At Halco Contractors, we believe great ideas start with great people. Hal Huffman, a native of Hickory, NC, founded Halco in 2015 to fill a vast need in market. He has a Civil Engineering Degree from NC State with many years of experience in engineering and construction.
In 2024, Hal brought on Baker Whisnant to help lead Halco into the future. Baker has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech and worked for many years overseas in design and manufacturing. With the addition of the area’s best PM’s, and talented skilled laborers, we have each piece of the puzzle in place for every project we take on.
